I'm glad I didn't get that genetic tendency... I feel for all of you. TM, my husband inherited high triglicerides from his mom and he eats super healthy food and walks lots on his job. He has quit taking statins too. But his last cholesterol check was 120, though trigs were still about 300(his moms were over 1200). Kinda scary how high they would be if he didn't eat so well......
