I just recently finished chemo and rad for cancer treatment and decided that I need to take control of my life in every way possible. Eating better is top on the list. Above exc. even, cuz I need the energy to move. LOL I have looked around this site and am realllllly impressed. So glad you are all here. I can certainly understand why this is a winning site. There is so much I need to learn about cooking and eating veg style and this site looks like it is going to be a good start for me. Thanks for letting me join.
