Guest guest Posted February 26, 2008 Report Share Posted February 26, 2008 @@@@@ Hazelnut and Dried Tomato Pesto 2 cups dried tomatoes 3 cloves garlic, peeled 1 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup Romano cheese 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 cup hazelnuts, roasted and coarsely chopped freshly ground black pepper to taste Blend tomatoes, garlic and olive oil in food processor until smooth. Addhazelnuts and cheese. Process to the consistency you prefer, smooth or slightlychunky. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper.
