Guest guest Posted February 26, 2008 Report Share Posted February 26, 2008 for now at least, we are eliminating all cheese from our diet, we might bring it back, not sure yet.... I was looking at recipe books and drooling over feta, blue, gouda, and freshly grated parmesean. I think I would miss those more than meats. Any ideas for substitutes...is there anything you can whip up in that Vita Mix or buy that is healthy and adds that bit of zip!!!!!
