Guest guest Posted February 26, 2008 Report Share Posted February 26, 2008 Crockpot Cream Cheese Potatoes 2 tablespoons minced or chopped dried onion 2 garlic cloves, minced or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt 8 medium potatoes, scrubbed, sliced 1 package cream cheese, cubed Lightly grease crockpot. In small bowl, combine onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Layer 1/4 of sliced potatoes in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with 1/4 seasonings. Layer with 1/3 cream cheese cubes. Continue layering process, ending with layer of potatoes then sprinkle with seasonings. Cover and cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours. In last hour of cooking, stir potatoes to distribute cream cheese.
