Guest guest Posted February 25, 2008 Report Share Posted February 25, 2008 Summer Breakfast Sundae 4 cups chopped fruit, strawberries, blueberries, nectarines, apricots, plums, cherries 1 tsp. honey 2 cups nonfat plain or vanilla yogurt 2 cups nonfat cottage cheese 4 tbsps. chopped toasted almonds 2 tsps. bran flakes 2 tbsps. chopped dates or dried figs 2 tsps. minced fresh mint Drizzle fruit with honey. Fold together yogurt and cottage cheese (or blend together for a smoother base). Divide mixture between four bowls. Top yogurt bowls with fruit. Sprinkle with the nuts, bran flakes, dates or figs, and mint. Makes 4 servings. Calories 300, Fat 4.5 g, Carbs 46 g, Sodium 520 mg, Fiber 5 g. Points 6.
