First week

Greetings.

Well, I am serious about becoming a vegetarian, so I am seeking some

advice. This is my first week of slowly breaking myself away from

eating meat. How should I plan my meals or lunches? Should I go 2-3

days without eating meat or just limit my intake of meat?

My main thing is, where do I start?
