Guest guest
I got rid of all my teflon pans and pulled out my cast iron and stainless steel. Before using them I washed them with hot soapy water, after that never use soap on them again. rinse and dry completely. Rub vegetable oil completely over the interior of the pan. Place over low heat until it is hot throughout. remove from heat and cool. after each use, soak in hot water to clean. rinse with water, dry and place over low heat until all water evaporates. rub a little vegetable oil over the inside to keep from rusing. I have seasoned all of my pans this way and never have any trouble getting them clean. Barb, Thunder Bay, ON, Canada
