I have 2 children who are vegetarian (a 14 dd and 12 ds) and am becoming vegetarian myself. They are still expanding their palates. I am always looking for kid friendly dishes. I was wondering if anyone had tried a meatloaf with the veggie crumbles. Did it work and would you share the recipe?
