Guest guest Posted February 22, 2008 Report Share Posted February 22, 2008 This is outstanding, I found it needed a little salt, I made a salad last night, this and some homemade fries and it was a great dinner. Give it a try. Sam Sandwich Filling 1 19 ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed 1 stalk celery, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped 1 tablespoon veganaise 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon dried dill weed salt and pepper to taste Drain and rinse chickpeas. Place chickpeas into a medium size mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Add celery, onion, veganaise (to taste), lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and serve.
