CASHEW NUTS! I could eat a pound of those. I also enjoy raw bok choy with

peanut butter, I will make a veggie sausage and wrap in a raw chard leaf with

Vegenaise, of course I love potato chips, and Trader Joe's has these giant

blistered salted peanuts I love and I eat raw frozen vegetables as a snack and

my favroite would be peas, corn, and diced carrots.

What are some of your favorite snacks?

Mine are raw whole almonds(I buy big bags at Sam's Club), raw veggies and

dip, vanilla yogurt stirred into Muselix cereal/vanilla almond(Cascadian

farms cereal), bruchetta on toasted French bread, Pita bread with different

spreads from our Appetizer and Sandwich recipe files and fruit.

I love the new lines of baked pretzel slices that are out there. Trader

Joe's has some, and my Meijer carries a line. They are a special treat as they

are sort of expensive. Also carrots, red peppers, cheese, chips though I need

to stay away frm those. and fruit.
