Guest guest Posted February 18, 2008 Report Share Posted February 18, 2008 New Potatoes and Green Beans with Pesto We eat this dish quite often as a main course, accompanied by nothing more than bread and a glass of white wine. 12 small (about 3 " diameter) new potatoes, quartered 1 pound, Italian green beans, but into 3 " to 4 " segments 1/2 cup pesto sauce 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon, fresh ground pepper 1 teaspoon, salt 2 quarts, water Steam potatoes and beans until tender.
