Guest guest Posted February 17, 2008 Report Share Posted February 17, 2008 This is a quickie version using canned beans Pasta Fagioli 2 - 16oz cans navy beans 1 cup raw elbow macaroni 1/2 jar pizza sauce 2 c water 2 cloves crushed garlic basil, oregano, salt Empty both cans of beans into a medium sauce pan. Add water, garlic and seasonings. Heat. In another pot boil enough water to cook the macaroni. Drain and add to hot beans. Serve in soup bowls with grated cheese.
