Guest guest Posted February 17, 2008 Report Share Posted February 17, 2008 Angel Hair Tomato and Pesto Toss 1/2 cup olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1 14 1/2 oz. can whole tomatoes, drained and diced 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dry basil 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions grated parmesan cheese Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and green onions and saute for one minute. Stir in tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Cook for two minutes, stirring frequently.
