Cut tofu into eight squares and marinate in peanut butter mixture for 20 minutes. Preheat broiler. Blanch bell peppers by placing in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and thread onto skewers with tofu. Place kebabs under the hot broiler and cook about 6 minutes, turning and basting with the remaining marinade. Serves 4.
