Guest guest Posted February 14, 2008 Report Share Posted February 14, 2008 Cashew, Corn and Cherry Crunch 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper 2 cups cashews 1 5 ounce package corn nuts 2 cups dried cherries 1. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet; add cumin and red pepper. Stir in cashews and corn nuts. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until lightly browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat. 3.
