Guest guest
Hello everyone: I just joined the group today and am just in the beginning stages of transitioning into being vegetarian. Here is my first contribution: My husband and I have been having this for breakfast about 4 - 5 times per week for the past 7 months. I beleive it is very healthy and it tastes great. Good for you Protein Smoothie Mix the following ingredients in your blender or smoothie maker (this is for two people) 1 banana (or else 1 cup blueberries or any fruit) Put 2 tablespoons of the Flax seeds and 2 teaspoons of the bee pollen in the coffer grinder. Grind and add to blender or smoothie maker 1 tablespoon peanut butter 2 cups Silk (soy milk) ½ cup ice Optional to add: (I do add these to mine) ½ cup pineapple (with banana - yum!) 2 calcium tablets 2 C tablets 2 magnesium tablets This is breakfast! This is low cal, low fat and supper healthy so you can have 2 or 3 per day if you want to!
Guest guest
I like to use brown rice protein powder, flax (or borage) oil, almond butter, almond milk, frozen banana/or cherries etc, ice, flax seeds... very easy to digest and satisfying!
