I suspect your food industry is less heavily government subsidized

than ours Christie, so you pay closer to the real price for food. And

you get much more accurate labelling, which I would love here

particularly now that there is all this genetically modified stuff

coming out. My feeling is: if there isn't anything wrong with it, why

won't they label it?

You are probably correct, Diane, there is nowhere near the amount of

subsidising here that there used to be. I guess that you also grow a

lot more of your food over there than we are able to here. I believe

that our packaged food is well labelled, but your comment on GMO food

labelling has me questioning about the labelling of fresh food over

here. I must look into that.
