Guest guest Posted February 9, 2008 Report Share Posted February 9, 2008 vegetable egg rolls 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained and liquid reserved 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded 1 or 2 carrots grated 3 green onions, sliced 1 can bean sprouts drained 1/4c " oyster " sauce, see recipe below 1 pkg egg roll wrappers combine 1st 5 ingredients and saute for 2-3 minutes in a little oil, cool. stir in " oyster " sauce and place 2tbs in center of wrappers and roll according to the instructions on pkg. Deep fry for 2-3 minutes in hot oil (350*F) Drain and serve. Oyster sauce liquid from mushrooms 1/2 tsp kelp powder 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp soy sauce stir all together and use in place of oyster sauce in recipe.
