I think there must be a number of Vegans here. My Son-in-law became a Vegan

several months ago and I joined here to learn how to cook for him. We live in a

multigenerational household and I do some of the cooking for the family. We are

a family that includes Vegan, Vegetarian, and those who eat meat. We all live

and love together and try to support one another in every way. I am always

trying to find things to cook that will appeal to all of the above and then we

can cook the meat separately for those who want it. My SIL is so excited about

his adventures as a Vegan and says he has never felt so good.

I have already learned a ton here and there are so many great recipes in the

files. I even learned how to make a great Vegan Loaf (you know, like a meatloaf,

but all veggies and lentils and stuff) and it is so darn good the whole family

wants it, so next time I have to make 2. It was gone overnight (LOL)

 

Nobody ever hammers away at others in this group so far as I can tell. They are

mainly here to learn and share. Everyone gets to make his/her own choices.

Yes, I am having such fun. HA! I am living proof that you CAN teach an

old girl new tricks (LOL). I want to try all these recipes and I had so

much stuff in the fridge I had to stop for breath until we ate some of it

up. This group is absolutely superb.
