Try this recipe. you can also sprinkle the nut. yeast

on popcorm, rice, etc. It does have a little bit of a

cheese taste.

This is fantastic on a salad, over pasta, on a baked

potato, as a dip, hot or cold and pour it over the

brussel sprouts too. It's actually endless. So easy

to prepare.

" Savory Sauce "

1/2 lb. firm or extra firm tofu (not silken)

3/4 cup vegetable broth or water

1/4 cup canola oil

2 Tablspoons soy sauce

2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes

2 Tablespoons fresh chopped basil or 1 tsp. dried

basil

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic minced (or more)

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor

and blend.

That's it!!! Enjoy! Donna

The seed is in bloom, will it meet an early doom

or survive in a tranquil sea?

Does it face an early end, will it find a real friend,

should it be called humanity?

Will creation of man bring death by his hand

or will life be his destiny?
