Guest guest
Report from the times : Extreme action by animal rights activists has backfired, according to a new poll that suggests British voters are now more supportive than before of medical tests on animals. Some 70% of those questioned by YouGov for the Daily Telegraph said that it was acceptable to test new medical treatments on animals before they are tested on humans. Earlier polls have produced splits much closer to 50-50 on the issue. And a large majority backed the 12-year jail sentences recently handed down to animal rights activists who carried out a lengthy campaign of intimidation, including the disinterment of a woman's remains from her grave. Guest guest
Hi Peter >Report from the times : >Extreme action by animal rights activists has backfired, Y'know, I never will understand how people think.... I just don't get why a bunch of idiots carrying out a campaign of intimidation suddenly makes what they're campaigning against right in the eyes of some people... but then I guess a lot of people are idiots!!!
