Bicycling is blissful, especially when you're riding toward Harmony. Bike to

Harmony is a fully supported bicycle ride from San Francisco to the 2006 Harmony

Festival in Santa Rosa. The ride begins on Thursday, June 8th for a stretch

along the coast. Luggage will be hauled by biodiesel bus, and riders will camp

out under the stars Thursday night and be treated to delicious, organic, vegan

dinner and a campfire concert. On Friday, riders will complete the route into

Santa Rosa, arriving at their exclusive campsite at the Harmony camping grounds.

The ride includes:

 

weekend pass to the Harmony festival ($175 value)

exclusive campsite as part of the alterative vehicle expo

Thursday night camping and music

biofuel support vehicle during the ride

professional mechanic

experienced ride leaders

catered meals on Thursday dinner, Friday breakfast and lunch

EARTHDANCE DOME STAGE, entertaining leading-edge speakers and town meetings

about a variety of critical issues of the day. Kirtan Festival on Saturday

night.

ALTERNATIVE FUELED VEHICLE EXPO, new trends in biofuels and hybrid vehicles.

NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY RESOURCES, Civic, educational and charitable organizations.

BEER AND WINE GARDENS, local wine and micro-brew.

HARMONY ALTAR, provides our community with a sacred space to inspire harmony,

create peace within, and delight the imagination.

KIRTAN DEVOTIONAL MUSIC FESTIVAL, Shakti Productions and Shakti Camp host an

amazing Saturday evening program of top-level devotional musicians – Jai

Uttal, Shimshai, Suzanne Sterling, and Jagadambe and Mantra Dance – at the

Earthdance Dome in the Eco-Village from 8:00 pm to midnight. Chanting and Kirtan

is a joyous participatory experience that merges performer and
