I just took action to help stop an emergency situation for the Florida panther.

Almost 10% of the panthers known to exist in Florida have died within the past

two months. Now, we have the chance to reverse this troubling trend.

 

Send an e-mail to your legislators and the governor today and ask them to

support funding in the budget to purchase crucial habitat for the Florida

panther.

 

Florida has a large budget surplus, so elected officials should invest in the

protection of precious and dwindling panther habitat and other wild lands in the

state.
