Yes, Marsha,

 

I have had that book for years and used a lot of things in it. Right now,

it is still packed somewhere, but I know it will turn up one day.

Do anyone else have The Self-Healing Cookbook by Kristina Turner?

There are lopts of sea vegetable recipes and grains. I'm really

enjoying a used copy I picked up from amazon.com wanted to share this

bit of info with the group.
