Cardamom Cinnamon Coffee Cake

 

3 cups all purpose flour

1 cup brown light sugar

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon cardamom

1 cup butter or marg. softened

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 large eggs

1 cup buttermilk

 

Mix flour, sugars, butter, cardamom and cinnamon

until crumbly. Reserve 3/4 cup for topping.

Mix remaining ingredients into flour mix and stir to

wet all ingredients.

Do not over mix!!!

Pour into greased floured bundt pan.

Sprinkle with topping.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until wood

pick comes out clean.

Cool before removing from pan.
