When I used to eat a box of CHEEZITS every two days I craved CHEEZITS. Now I'm craving radishes and all sorts of healthy things. I've been using this dressing: Two to one ratio of Flax Seed oil to Rice Vinegar, a dash of granulated garlic, a pinch of dried basil, a few drops of Agave nectar (adjust according the amount you are making) and a little dijon. Normally I make a salad for two so I use 4 tbsp Flax Seed Oil, 2 tbsp vinegar, dash of garlic, pinch of basil, 1/2 tsp Agave, 1/2 tsp dijon. Whisk it all together and toss with the salad. According to Dr. Joel Furhman, we all need two tbsp of Flax Seed Oil every day if we don't get EFA's some other way. Since I eat salad nearly every day I figured this was a great way to take it!
