Hi all. I am the mother of a 19 year old daughter who has been

vegetarian for about 6 years. I have not eaten meat or fish for about 2

years and I have a husband and 12 year old son who do eat meat.

 

So I am looking forward to finding recipes that are so tasty that the

whole family can enjoy without my carnivores feeling like they are

missing out on anything. Also looking for nutritious and low cal

recipes. My daughter and I could both stand to lose a few pounds as we

both tend to eat too many carbs in place of meat. We do eat milk,

cheese and eggs too. (Is that still vegetarian?)
