Guest guest Posted February 4, 2008 Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 Tony, I have to agree. As I said before I tried a vegetarian lifestyle before but it didn't satisfy me. This time, however, eating 80% raw, I don't have the cravings for sugar, chocolate etc. I am loving blended salads and their dressings...just delicious! Alll those live enzymes! The only thing I crave is another pile of vegetables at my next meal! Finally I started when last summer's garden was teeming. I was AMAZED how much better I started feeling. Probably 40% of my diet is now raw. In Los Angeles we are lucky to have many farmers markets that sell organic vegetables picked fresh that morning, so it's been quite easy. I find myself craving pieces of broccoli (really strange since I NEVER used to eat it) or snow peas. I found that many of these vegetables taste better to me raw, than cooked.
