Jill try this idea with Veganaise

Take some red potatoes peeled or unpeeled and cut in

4ths, steam and cool slightly, toss with some

Vegenaise and dried herbs, a little salt and chopped

onions, serve with a splash of balsamic vinegar on top

or a squeeze of lemon juice. It is a delicious side

dish.
