Guest guest Posted February 4, 2008 Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 Take some red potatoes peeled or unpeeled and cut in 4ths, steam and cool slightly, toss with some Vegenaise and dried herbs, a little salt and chopped onions, serve with a splash of balsamic vinegar on top or a squeeze of lemon juice.
