Guest guest
I am VERY new to vegetarian cooking. I have eaten what I considered a healthy diet for over 30 years. I have ground my own wheat, raised organic gardens. Just after Chistmas of this year, I was feeling lousy. I just know that something was wrong with me and I refused to go to the doctor. I have been reading about raw diets, vegetarian cooking, juicing etc. I am feeling SO much better, but I know that I am still detoxing since my face is breaking out and I get bouts of feeling 'yucky' Years ago, I 'tried' a vegetarian lifestyle, but it didn't hold. I think personally for me, I was eating most of my food cooked and it wasn't satisfying me. I am juicing more and eating more raw and don't have hunger craves etc. Tell me what your feelings are on vegetarian eating...are you cooking more or eating more raw foods...what is the balance? AND I look forward to trying some new recipes. I have found some great raw foods that are just delicious!! oh...and the rawkaw for my address....funny, those are my husband and my initials!!
