I wonder why you can't find cornmeal easily.

I just made pan #1 for Mo and his friends, I added

grilled onions in the center. They love it.

I also used the can of Worthington Burger in their

spaghetti (most of those guys are non-vegs too) they

called to tell me the spaghetti is excellent LOL , I

still have little less than 2/3 can left for myself.

I made myself a bean, rice and burger burrito for

lunch. It is truly delicious!

Thanks again,

Donna

The seed is in bloom, will it meet an early doom

or survive in a tranquil sea?

Does it face an early end, will it find a real friend,

should it be called humanity?

Will creation of man bring death by his hand

or will life be his destiny?

I have no clue as to why it is more difficult to find just the plain Cornmeal

here..... Doesn't make any sense at all,

since we consume large amounts of cornbread here. I wonder if everyone just

buys the bags of the Cornmeal Mix instead

for making basic cornbread.... I tell you, once I tried the Stone Ground Yellow

Cornmeal, I was hooked. I love the

crunchiness and flavor it adds to a recipe. I bought it in a 7.25 lb plastic

jug at Sam's Club. It is by Tones.....

Did you put the grilled onions in the Vermont Maple Sweetened Cornbread or

another recipe?

I'm so glad you are enjoying the Worthington Vegetarian Burger and you're

welcome. I love the tenderness of it. My daughter just

made a big pot of Chili, using it......... She put some frozen corn in it

toooooooo. That is great that you made Spaghetti and a burrito with it.

We do too...... My daughters love to brown the Vegetarian Burger in a little

oil and then mix Taco Seasoning and water together(use ratio on the side of the

Taco Seasoning container) for Taco's...... We made homemade Pizza earlier this

week and browned some Vegetarian Burger in a little oil in a hot skillet and put

it on the pizza over the sauce. Then added other veggie toppings, torn fresh

basil leaves and Pineapple Tidbits. We made a mixture of cheddar and parmesan

cheese and mix in a little oregano.
