Guest guest
Go to the recipe files and look in the quinoa folder. It's high in protein and you can toss it in soups, salads or use it as you would a rice dish. I had hypoglycemia between the ages 12-16 and and I know that feeling. I used to skip my breakfast and often have the shakes and/or faint by 11 am Once I took the time to eat breakfast and have a healthy snack between breakfast and lunch it seems to have corrected itself and I never skip meals. Donna I have the same problem - cannot go too long in between food and I never miss a meal. As long as I get enough protein I am o.k.
