Guest guest
I like mashed cauliflower but it doesn't replace mashed potatoes for me. We all have different taste buds. There is nothing that replaces mashed potatoes or butter for me. I can sub ricotta with tofu, or use soy in place of milk but I have to enjoy the real thing when it comes to mashed taters & butter. When I mash cauliflower I add some roasted garlic and herbs, it's very good, mashed parsnips are good too. Donna --- Stephanie <stephsstuff001 wrote: > Thank you for the potato substitute ideas. Guest guest
I love the idea of roasted garlic with mashed cauliflowers! I will have to try that. Thanks for sharing Donna! parsnips are delightful and underutilized.
