Stephanie things that fulfill the potato craving.

I like mashed cauliflower but it doesn't replace

mashed potatoes for me. We all have different taste

buds. There is nothing that replaces mashed potatoes

or butter for me.

I can sub ricotta with tofu, or use soy in place of

milk but I have to enjoy the real thing when it comes

to mashed taters & butter.

When I mash cauliflower I add some roasted garlic and

herbs, it's very good, mashed parsnips are good too.

I love the idea of roasted garlic with mashed cauliflowers! I will have to try

that. Thanks

for sharing Donna! parsnips are delightful and underutilized. (note to self to

get some

seeds)
