We just had the 4 Alarm Chipotle Potato Caserole for dinner and everyone loved it! I also made the Sunshine Happy Hippy Granola this morning and my oldest son said it was better than the barenaked brand he loves!! So if if snows you need something good to drink: TRIPLE DELICIOUS HOT CHOCOLATE 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 cups milk, divided 3/4 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup heavy cream 1 square (1 ounce) bittersweet chocolate 1 square (1 ounce) white chocolate 3/4 cup whipping cream 6 teaspoons mini choclate chips or shaved bittersweet chocolate Combine sugar,cocoa powder, salt and 1/2 cup milk in a medium bowl. Beat until smooth. Pour into Crock Pot Slow Cooker. Add remaining 2 1/2 cups milk and vanilla. Cover; cool on LOw for 2 hours. Add cream. Cover; cook on low for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in bitttersweet and white choclates until melted. Pour hot chocolate into 6 cups.
