Guest guest
I did research the radish tops but not the carrot tops. I found a recipe in a veg cookbook using them and they tasted horrible to me and I'm not picky. I know rhubarb tops are toxic. I have seen write ups claiming they are mildly toxic (carrot tops) so I stay away from them. I am not saying that they are, I have seen contradictory information and it is difficult for me to figure who is right, I have not searched in the scientific journals (the ones I would believe, sort of...). This is why I asked about radish tops, just to make sure they are not toxic as well. @ <%40> , thelilacflower wrote: > > The only green I haven't cared for are carrot tops.
