>From Rival Crockpot Slow Cook Recipes for All Occasions:

Well wher ei am we have snow here for over a week between you and me I think

it is the back orders that people put in for left over snow for Christmas.

So if if snows you need something good to drink:

TRIPLE DELICIOUS HOT CHOCOLATE

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 cups milk, divided

3/4 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

1 square (1 ounce) bittersweet chocolate

1 square (1 ounce) white chocolate

3/4 cup whipping cream

6 teaspoons mini choclate chips or shaved bittersweet chocolate

Combine sugar, cocoa powder, salt and 1/2 cup milk in a medium bowl.

Beat until smooth. Pour into Crock Pot Slow Cooker. Add remaining 2 1/2 cups

milk and vanilla. Cover; cool on LOw for 2 hours.

Add cream. Cover; cook on low for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in bitttersweet

and white choclates until melted.

Pour hot chocolate into 6 cups. Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped cream

and 1 teaspoon chocolate chips.
