Hi.

I learned some recipes here, and am grateful for them. Let me share

one of mine.

My dad likes a glass of fresh vegetable juice every evening: beet,

carrots, pumpkin and a lemon. But what to do with the pulp which is

left in the juicer?

Add flour (or semolina), an egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar if you

have some. This will be the dough. Make thick pancakes, roll them in

semolina and fry them in oil. Serve hot with sour cream.

My brother calls them red cutlets.
