Guest guest
I've only been a vegetarian for 6 weeks, and I was shocked to find that the smell of meat cooking made me nauseous. Two weeks into the vegetarian diet, I was in my local Whole Foods and as I walked by the bar where they prepare and serve burgers, smoked meats, etc, I became physically ill. That was very surprising, because we've always loved burgers, barbecued ribs and chicken, and normally the smell of roasting meat would have been quite pleasant and made me hungry. At the same time, vegetables were starting to taste very different to me than they had in the past---very flavorful and fresh tasting, and I fou nd myself craving them. I'm learning so much from this website, and I'm trying lots of new herbs and spices, too. I really appreciate having access to the recipes and comments.
