(Except that Marvi Whip w/its variations is uncooked I think & I like that.) Check out the tofu folder, but a couple tips: 1) You can add little chunks of tofu (or tempeh) to stews like chili and no one will ever know the difference, 2) If you freeze then thaw tofu you can firm it up which improves the texture (looks a bit yellow then), 3) For baking or frying/sauteing, using firm or extra firm tofu is usually best. That's what I usually grab if the recipe doesn't specify. Others will elucidate further or they may disagree--we all have different tastes. Donna #1 loves raw tofu.
