Guest guest
My father and uncle were both butchers, all of them on his side ate meat 3 or more times a day. All but one died of colon cancer, the other one died of a malignant tumor of the brain. I wouldn't dwell on missing meat, move forward, try our recipes and see how tasty they are, you will be filled up and enjoy cooking and opening your taste buds. Look forward to your new lifestyle.
