Your body, like most people, is addicted to the chemicals and additives that they put in meat. That is what you are craving. Like any addiction, it will go away, if you don't fall victim to it and eat the stuff. Just know that the first couple weeks are the hardest and after that it is easy. If you are worried about midnight cravings, prepare ahead of time and have something quick and easy and delicious that you can eat that is vegetarian. Katie Ola <akadamska wrote: Thanks Katie.
