Thanks Katie. The change is a bit hard, but fun in a way. I feel

like I'm starting over, learning everything from scratch. And yes,

when I'll get those midnight cravings for non-veg food, I'll be

logging in for much needed advice. ;) LOL.

Strange as it may seem, you are not craving meat. Your body, like most people,

is addicted to the chemicals and additives that they put in meat. That is what

you are craving. Like any addiction, it will go away, if you don't fall victim

to it and eat the stuff. Just know that the first couple weeks are the hardest

and after that it is easy.

If you are worried about midnight cravings, prepare ahead of time and have

something quick and easy and delicious that you can eat that is vegetarian.
