We are having Worthington Vege-links that I heated in their broth in a covered pot. We are having them on Whole wheat buns, with Veganaise, relish, ketchup, diced onions and mustard. Also I made a big tossed salad. I put Romaine lettuce, baby spinach leaves, red cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, purple onions, celery, green bell pepper, broccoli and cauliflower. I opened a can of Garbanzo's to serve on the side with it and have some raw sunflower seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, Baco chips, oyster crackers(I use this instead of croutons most times, because of less calories) and I sprinkled mine with some Chachare's seaoning and Bragg's Herb Seasoning Sprinkles.
