Guest guest Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 Vitamin B 12 is not a problem unless you are vegan(no dairy or eggs). If you eat eggs and use dairy it won't be an issue. Judy The one nutrient that may be a problem is B-12. The body stores B-12 so it will probably take several years before your body shows any signs of deficiency. B-12 is available in supplement form.
