Guest guest Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 TNT Vegetarian-Vegan 1 lg.can(28 oz.) crushed tomatoes ( I used organic) 1 lg.can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple 1 Aneheim Pepper-roasted and finely chopped * 1-2 Jalapeno Peppers-roasted and finely chopped * **Substitute your choice and amt. of peppers 1 med. onion finely chopped 2 garlic cloves mashed (I use my mortar and pestle) 1 Tab. sugar (I used organic cane) 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1/4 teaspoon white pepper Finely chopped Cilantro to garnish Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving with your favorite chips.
