Hi,

I know there is a difference in being vegan or being vegetarian but

don't know exactly what it is. My younger brother does not eat any

meat but will have eggs, and only soy milk. He also does not eat sea

food. He will not use oil or butter to cook with, substitutes bananas

or apple sauce in baking if he can. To fry or saute things he uses

vegetable broth. I do a lot of these things also, but always have,

especially the oil part as my stomach doesn't like it.

Most of the time I just tell people that I have a meatless diet.

Freegan - eats anything they don't have to pay for. ;)

It's not about the label.

It's about eating in a way that's healthy for you and the planet.
