I have no special veggie recipes, but do like to put together veggie sandwiches and wraps. An example would be: A 'veggie dog wrap'. Components would include: Veggie 'hot dog' of your choice (high protein) Whole wheat veggie wrap (8 inch) Chopped onions (2 tablespoons) Yellow mustard (1 tablespoon) Catsup (1 tablespoon) Butter or Substitute (1 teaspoon) Sweet pickle relish (1-1/2 tablespoons) Thin tomato wedges (4 or 5 wedges) Warm/Soften the wrap on in a non stick pan for just 2 minutes Spread the butter or substitute on the wrap Quickly place the wrap on a flat plate Add condiments (mustard, tomato, etc) Cook the veggie dog in a microwave 30-45 secs (don't over cook) Place the 'dog' on the wrap Fold the wrap up like a burrito Enjoy!
