There's a sample letter at http://reusablebags.com/action.php?id=6 I will very soon send out letters to stores I regularly shop at. I'll probably just suggest the credit for customers who bring their own bags, rather than charging those who take the plastic bags. However, I saw that done in Portugal last summer.
