Guest guest Posted January 20, 2008 Report Share Posted January 20, 2008 A couple of weeks ago my husband and I went to his company Holiday party and they served this penne dish with sliced mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, pine nuts, sherry, and alfredo sauce. Does anyone have a recipe that has all these ingredients? It was absolutely delicious and I cannot find a recipe. I am not really good at guessing measurements and I am not sure if there were any other ingredients. These are just what I remember. Thanks for anyone who can help.
