My husband is a vegetarian and i can't be bothered cooking 2 different meals. So I mainly eat meat if we go out to eat and i don't like what the vege option is. I did a course to teach vegetarian health and to do cooking demonstrations so i am always on the look out for new dishes to try and see if they would be any good to demonstrate. Bec.
